Resumed reading 10 Marchfield Square by Nicola Whyte. A dear friend recommended it, saying if I loved the Vera Wong series by Jesse Sutanto, I’d enjoy this too. Last year, I read the second Vera Wong book with her and fell completely for Vera. Still waiting for the third.
10 Marchfield Square is a slow-paced murder mystery. I’m reading it in bits and pieces. Celeste—the sassy 80-year-old—keeps pulling me back to Marchfield. Reading it on Kindle.
This year, I’m shelf-shopping. Trying to read more from what I already own. Alongside this, I’ve started Savi and the Memory Keeper by Bijal Vachharajani. Five pages in.
